Beginning Basics -
All the basics to get you started on bracelets, earrings, and necklaces.
Instruction lasts 45 minutes - the remaining 2+ hours is all yours to make creations of your own. For you beginning beaders, watch out....it's addictive.
3 hours Fee -$10 plus materials (includes basic stringing material like wire,crimp beads, head pins etc..)

Mixed Metals with Jackie
Learn how to create domed metal components that can be combined to make earrings or necklaces. Your kit will include sterling silver, copper, and brass sheet metal for a variety of design options. You will learn how to use a disc cutter to cut metal discs of varying sizes. Textured hammers and stamps will be available to add design to your discs. Dapping blocks and punches will then be used to dome the discs. The final step is to add patina using heat or liver of sulfer. You will then have plenty of discs that you can combine in numerous ways to make your own earrings or necklaces. Examples will be provided to spark your creativity!

Craft Wire 101
We've combined the Miki-Made Pendant, Wire-Wrapped donut, and other misc projects using craft wire into one single workshop. It's amazing all the unique touches you can add to a piece using these techniques.
2-3 Hours Fee $15 plus materials (includes craft wire for 2 projects)

Learn the basic techniques to wire wrap cabochon (non-holed beads) and bigger bead pieces in sterling silver and gold-filled wire. These make wonderful and unique focal pieces.

Silver Art Clay I - Earrings/Stamped Letters -
For all of you that have been waiting....it's here....create your own silver pieces! This class will introduce you to the basics of silver art clay. You will learn the tools and techniques needed to roll, texturize, shape, and refine the clay. Students will torch fire their dried clay to create 2-3 pairs of .999 fine silver earrings. Taught by local artist Jackie Schubbe (PMC certified)
3 hours Fee-$75 (all materials included-10 grams of silver clay included)

Art Clay II - Focal Pendant
This silver clay class is for the adventurous beginner or those with
previous silver clay experience. In making this silver clay pendant,
you will learn how to attach pieces of silver clay to each other, learn
how to make bails, and learn how to bezel set stones using syringe
clay. All supplies including one stone are included in the class fee.
The pendant will be finished in class and ready to wear home!
